"Think big and start small" 💡 - dieser Leitsatz begleitet mich seit Langem, und er hat sich als besonders relevant erwiesen, als wir vor ca. einem Jahr die Freigabe bekommen haben, eine #Ideenmanagement -Plattform auch bei der #SchwarzIT zu konzeptionieren und live zu nehmen. Nun galt es, die #Synergien unserer bereits etablierten Solutions hervorzuheben und so war es nur eine logische Konsequenz, unser erstes Community Event zu organisieren, welches die Bereiche #Lidl, #SchwarzProduktion, #Kaufland und #SchwarzIT zusammenbringen sollte. Unser Ziel war es, nicht nur ein gemeinsames Verständnis für unsere Solutions zu vermitteln, sondern eine lebendige Community zu schaffen, die sich über die verschiedenen #Ideenmanagementlösungen, #Testmanagement und #Performancemanagement austauscht. Wir haben aber nicht nur Synergien innerhalb unserer Sparten identifiziert, sondern auch darüber hinaus gezeigt, dass wir noch viele Mehrwerte für die gesamte Schwarz Gruppe vereinen und nutzen können. Und was war nun das Ergebnis? Eine klare Vision für die Zukunft des #Ideenmanagements, die uns alle begeistert und noch näher zusammengebracht hat. Wie geht es weiter? Da der Weg auch immer das Ziel ist, haben wir in einem intensiven Workshop mit unserem Dienstleister und Partner Qmarkets - Corporate Innovation & Idea Management Platforms aus Israel bereits begonnen, diese Vision des spartenübergreifenden Ideenmanagements in ein konkretes Konzept zu übersetzen, Anforderungen zu definieren und die Roadmap aufzusetzen, umso an unserer „ideenreichen“ Zukunft zu arbeiten. Es bleibt spannend und wir freuen uns, bald über die Ergebnisse und Erfolge unserer Arbeit berichten zu können.
