Let us take care of you. We have remote support options if you are vulnerable or frail and unable to visit us. Our holistic treatments (designed by a clinically qualified health professional) offer you a relaxing and nurturing experience from facials to pregnancy massage and support for chronic conditions as well as easing stress, strains and general aches and pains.

You can find us at 33 Walcot Street just beyond Waitrose - opposite the fabulously refurbished Hilton Hotel. We usually post out products but if you wish to click and collect, come and browse the eclectic joys of Walcot Street - pop next door into the Fine Cheese Company (we recommend the cheesecake), or amble down the road to the sensational Landrace Bakery, one of the success stories of the Lockdown. Our independant neighbours are what make Bath so special.

Covid-19 - How we are looking after our team and you during this challenging time.
We are ready to welcome you back with a fully revised treatment protocol to meet your skincare and wellbeing needs safely whilst still offering an outstanding experience. We wil be limiting the number of appointments available for outstanding Covid Security and introducing a minimum booking fee of £40 in order to keep price increases as modest as possible.
We are offering appointments Monday to Friday until 7:30pm and also working from our new venture in Combe Down. We will also open Saturdays from 10-4pm
Sadly we can no longer accept walk in enquiries due to social distancing and you will need to email us for an appointment. However this has given us the idea to introduce some exciting new changes which we hope you will agree are a great improvement on our previous way of working.
We are now offering virtual consulations and mirror me demonstrations in skincare, make-up and even massage! Imagine having a beauty therapist show you how to use your products from the comfort of your home whilst they are open in front of you? (We wish we'd thought of this years ago!)
If you experience discomfort whilst working, why not consult with your massage therapist from your office? Therapist directed stretching and soft tissue mobilisation can bring instant relief. Imagine finishing work for the day and NOT needing a massage? During lock down our remedial skills were in demand to provide virtual self care beyond breathing techniques and meditation. We have decided to extend this service to new clients, small groups of remote workers and clinically vulnerable referrals for those shielding at home or too frail to travel.
For a truly one to one bespoke service we are excited to announce that our Beauty Studio and Wellbeing Clinic is now open in COMBE DOWN We are accepting appointments with Beatrice on Wednesdays and Fridays initially. Our new address is 31 North Road Combe Down BA2 5DF, opposite The Firs Field.
SHOP SALES As we are no longer able to accept walk-in enquiries, you will need to email us your requirements. We are very happy to offer face to face virtual consultations to discuss your changing skincare needs and we can arrange either a mutually convenient time for you to collect your purchases, or we can post them to you next day free of charge (by hand if you are walking distance from us)

About our Team
The Duchess proprietor, Beatrice, trained at the leading beauty school in Europe and designs all our signature treatments. Beatrice is also a Jing Method Advanced Level Clinical Massage Therapist and specialises in treating chronic pain conditions and remedial therapy both face to face and through online support. Her empathetic and highly knowledgeable approach to Beauty and Wellbeing treatments is appreciated by regular clients from Bath, London and beyond.

Bianka our Diploma qualified beauty therapist who specialises in facial skincare advice and treatments.
Soheila our Persian born beauty therapist who joined us from Green Street House. She brings her creative flair to all our clients beauty needs and specialises in glamourous makeovers.
Karolina our aesthetic therapist is preparing for her forthcoming Wedding before returning home to Poland. We wish her a long and happy life together with Oscar.
Everyone on the team is a trained beauty therapist and make-up consultant, so if you have any questions about skincare products or would like some make-up advice please ask us for assistance. We will be delighted to share our knowledge and passion which has helped us become the only beauty salon in Bath to be Finalists for Bath Life Awards in 2017, 2018, 2019 and for 2020 in both Hair and Beauty and also for the Environmental Award!
