The firm operates a busy Surveying Services division, which provides professional services to both corporate and private clients. Conveyancing at competitive rates is offered via a panel of local solicitors. Dowen is a service focussedorganisation where all personnel commit to delivering the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. We subscribe to the National Associations of Estate Agents, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Ombudsman For Estate Agents and as such abide by the strict code of good estate agency practice laid down by these organisations.
