Glenmill Homes is a small property development company dedicated to building homes throughout Somerset. Based just outside Taunton we have dedicated and experienced craftsmen, many of whom have worked with us for over 20 years. We’ve been building houses in Somerset since 1981 with the business operating as a limited company since 1996. Our main activity centres around identifying excellent locations and developing properties that suit the site, the general location and the needs of people who wish to live in that community or area. We use local materials and deal with all of the planning and regulatory issues surrounding new builds or conversions.
