For the last twelve years, I’ve been a part of the fitness industry. It all started at LA Fitness as a fitness instructor, where I was able to develop my skills and passion for this business. I went on to travel the world, working on five different luxury cruise ships, further extending my existing skill base as well as other areas of the industry such as personal training, presenting seminars and deepening my knowledge of the nutritional aspects of fitness.
