Welcome to Relax and Revitalise, my name is Pam and I have many years’ experience with complementary treatments. My treatments are designed to improve your health by removing the stress and strains of everyday life, sports or emotional trials. My goal is to make a difference to your life without the need to resort to the potentially harmful effects of conventional medicine, although my treatments work well alongside other remedies. I have an holistic view of health with massage at the centre and I offer various different treatments to suit your individual needs.
