Samuel is based in London Bridge but can travel all over London for clients. Samuel became interested in sport and fitness from an early age when he played football before turning his hand to coaching teams and not just playing in them. At the age of 11 Samuel was diagnosed with scoliosis and had to undergo years of physiotherapy along with intensive swimming. Samuel is able to help clients get amazing results quickly and stay motivated using a unique combination of techniques and workouts thanks to his strong martial arts background (Wushu, Ninjutsu and Muay Thai) and mix of weight and resistance training. Samuel has a wide range of clients and is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
