Sanders Pepper Smith undertook a comprehensive design and drawing service for Building Regulations for this exceptional multi-bedroom dwelling at St. Mawes on Cornwall's Roseland Peninsula - including construction detail for walls, floors and roof in accordance with S.A.P. calculations to ensure thermal performance. Original planning approval was gained by others for this project - with supplementary planning amendments obtained by Sanders Pepper Smith. This complex residential project included a comprehensive design and drawing service for Building Regulations, in addition to architectural services including design and drafting work to garage and external landscaping, and construction drawings relating to retaining walls. The project also included amendments and reconfigurations to ground & first floors including kitchen, utility room and plant room and further changes relating to the internal staircases, adjoining internal spaces, and main roof common rafter, roof beam, 1 st & 2 nd floor joist and beam layouts.
