At our 17,000 sq ft production facility based in Coalville we have facilities to Screen print a wide variety of components and substrates including Acrylic, PETG, PVC, Paper, Board, Injection moulded plastics, Fabricated acrylic and plastic components, self adhesives, metal, glass and laminates to very high standards. We also have the facility to diecut, guillotine, assemble, collate and pack projects on site to offer a complete confidential service. On site facilities also include CNC routering, pin routering, diamond and flame polishing, heat bending, fabrication and assembly, packing and distribution. Our 2 Rye-CMS 3015 Quantum Maxi 3 axis CNC routers have a machining capacity of 3050x1550mm and up to 150mm on the Z axis.
